My Commission Process
Phase 1 - Sketch / Draft
Phase 2 - Lineart / clean up
After getting of sketch, you are allowed up to 3 max changes in lineart. You are not allowed to change/revise the lineart anymore, especially if I had started the coloring process already.
Phase 3 - Flat colors and full rendering

terms and conditions
1. Commission orders will only be official and accepted through the provided google form.
2. Payment will be accepted in USD via PayPal Invoice. Additional fees may apply.
3. The commissioned art is solely for personal use. It is not for commercial use.
4. I have the right to refuse a commission. I will inform you when I can't do it. I will not tolerate unethical behavior and bargaining of price.
5. It is preferred when the commissioner knows what exactly they want. Photo references, poses ideas, and attire design are highly appreciated. I can accept descriptions as well.
6. PAY FIRST POLICY: Non-negotiable. Full payment must be done upfront before I send the rough sketch/draft. I will send the rough sketch through your email or DM in your social medias. Final prize will be agreed and sent through a PayPal invoice.
Keep in mind that backing out from a sketch will put you into my blocklist, especially if I already spent time doing it. I will only entertain serious commissioners.
Not responding for 1 week will also put you in my blocklist.
Once payment is verified, I will proceed to work on the sketch.
7. I will only accept 5 commissions per batch in a ‘first pay, first served’ basis. After that, you will be put on the waiting list that I will provide (please check it regularly). I will contact you when l finish a commission and is ready to take yours. Backing out from waitlist is fine, just inform me ahead of time, out of respect for other waiting commissioners.
8. REFUND POLICY: There will be no refund, after agreement of the sketch.
I will make sure that I will do my best with your commission. Cancellation of order is not accepted and there will be no refund unless I, the artist has not started it yet and will not be able to do it and will return in full.
9. By agreeing to commission me, you agree to wait for your art to be created. I am only human, I cannot do everything at once.
How long does it take me to finish an art?
At least 5-8 hours depending on complexity of design and colors. However, it is divided into several days of the week, which is also considered. I do not do art in one sitting. I do not do multiple art at the same time. If I don’t have many commissions in the list, I can finish in a few days.
What is the waiting time after payment?
I will follow ‘first pay, first served’ basis, because I think it is just. Depending on how many commissions I can handle, it may take around 2 weeks to a month of waiting time. An updated list will be provided (Please see my link in Commission Updates and Progress).
10. RUSH ORDERS: I accept rush commissions. Provided that there will be an additional fee of 40% from the original price. Maximum waiting time will be 3-5 days from the approval of the rough sketch and after full payment.
11. Constant updates on art will be given while I am working on it. However, do not spam me with messages, rushing me to finish your art faster may only compromise art quality. Rest assured I will not abandon your art and you will receive what you paid for. In case of an emergency that I, the artist, will not be able to complete it, I will give full refund.
12.EDITS/MAJOR REVISIONS: It will only apply in the three phases listed below:
Phase 1 (Rough sketch)
Major changes are allowedAfter approval of the rough sketch, there will be no accepted revisions on the major design/pose/etc.
Phase 2 (Lineart)
I will give a watermarked finished lineart. Only proportions and small details may be fixed or changed (no additional fees needed).Minor revisions acceptedMajor revisions (not within the scope of agreement in rough sketch) will have additional $3 fee (payment via Ko-fi) depending on complexity of revision (e.g. change of pose, change of clothes, additional item, etc.).
Phase 3 (Before rendering)
I will give a watermarked image with flat rough baseline colors. At this phase, you may request to change any of the colors. Final approval needed before starting render.Any major color changes after finishing the art will have additional 2$ fee (via ko-fi).
13. The finished art will be sent via email in PNG format only.
14. You may repost the art but with credit. I, as the artist, also have the right to post the drawing on my social media as an example to future commissioners. I will also give the commissioner a credit when doing so. However, I will not post if the commissioner asks to keep it private.
15. There will be 3 watermarks that will be put on the art (keep in mind that it will not compromise the beauty of the art). This prevents art theft, as I have already experienced it before and they’re a pain to deal with. 1) Will be put on near the face or shoulder, 2) My signature anywhere on the lower part of the art, 3) My username anywhere on the four corners of the art. Do not remove or tamper my watermarks. This excludes Twitch Emotes.
16. Resolution changes or increases in canvas sizes will not be allowed. My laptop or iPad is the limit.
17. By commissioning me and sending out this google form, you are fully informed and fully agree to all of my terms of service.
